Comments	This was a great class. I had a lot of fun. Wish there was a crunch near my house to go to this class regularly. It was fun to have an event with just the ladies. I only wish I had followed the instructors directions better-maybe I wouldn’t have ended up with “unexplained” bruises on my shins!
