Nice guy. Kept the conversation going, easy to talk to. He was very straight forward about what he was looking for, much more so than most people would be. I felt like I actually knew something about him after we parted, which I often haven’t felt after being with someone with whom it’s like pulling teeth to get to talk about themselves as a person. I was honestly dreding treking into the City after such a stormy day, but I really enjoyed myself! | |

| What were the positives of this meeting? | Felt like I could just enjoy myself as a single adult. First time I looked at myself as just myself. Not the mom/long-time wife with a very ‘traditional’ life history behind me. Yeah, that’s me, but it isn’t my total identity anymore. Don’t know why that came to me so overwhelmingly last night, but it was a revelation of some sorts. | |
