Happy New Year Fabulous Table for Six Team,

I am so happy to send you this email I received from T.K.and W.B.

The wonderful thing about their story is they were dating for about 6 months and she called me for some advice. She felt W.B. was distancing himself from her and she wasn’t feeling special. I know W.B. very well and I told her that he is the type of man who prides himself on working hard to support his son and to be able to afford nice outings and dates with her. I told her that some men have a hard time balancing family, work, and their relationship and she needed to be patient with him. I asked her if she truly loved him and she said she did with all her heart and I said, “Well, there’s your answer.” I also guided her and gave her some language to use when talking with W.B. about giving her more time.

Now they are officially getting married!!! Thanks to us at Table for Six!!!!

Wow!!! We really do make dreams come true!!!!

Hi Mandy,Just wanted to let you know W.B. and I are doing wonderful. Thanks to you I think I have finally found the one. I am so in love with him and I know he feels the same. For Christmas we decided to get our portraits done and even had a few with my son too. I have attached our portrait that came out really nice.

This past weekend he took me away to a romantic getaway to Lake Tahoe and he asked me to marry him! Of course I said yes. We kept talking about moving in together next year. He wanted to be traditional and get engaged before we moved in together. I can’t wait to be with him all the time and start my new life with him.

Thank you Mandy for our success story. I never knew I could love someone as much as I love W.B. This has been the best 9 months I have ever experienced in my life.

What did you do on your first meeting?	We met for dinner at the Joya restaurant in downtown Palo Alto. We had a drink first then sat down for dinner.
What was your first impression?	Overall pretty positive. She’s an attractive, intelligent person with a good sense of humor. I felt at ease with her. She wasn’t nervous and was easy to talk to.
What was your overall impression when the date was over?	I think we gelled pretty well. The conversation flowed well over the night and we were interested in each other and laughed a few times. I like her personality and she is a smart, strong person (even though she says she’s shy). I am intrigued by her, and I think she felt comfortable around me. There were areas of difference that are intriguing and (to me at least) workable.
Have you set up another date?	No.
What were the positives of this meeting?	F.E. is smart and pretty and has a very interesting hobby/passion (belly dancing). I think she has a good sense of humor and good values, too. I’m kind of intense and I don’t feel she was intimidated. We talked for over 2 hours.

Comments	The waiter was nice. I love the restaurant. Location in Palo Alto is perfect for me! Tablemates:S.L. was nice. J.K. was very nice and interesting, though I’m not attracted to him for future dating. We could be acquaintances or friends in the community. He has similar interests to me. Good guy. D.R. is a cool guy. I could see hanging out with him more. We had great conversation and a few laughs. L.F. and I talked the most; he sat on my right. We had fun. All of us had fun.

L.F. and I ended up walking afterwards in downtown Palo Alto. We went to another restaurant/bar down the street and talked more. After that, he walked me to my car and I got his card. He is very sweet and a gentleman. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Today, L.F. and I had a late lunch. I think we may go on a couple dates and see how that goes.
With whom did I connect best? Why?	L.F.. He seemed most interested in me. He’s humble, polite, considerate of other people’s opinions and feelings, he’s funny, has an interesting life, he’s physically active, slender and fit, he’s involved with his 3 kids and seems to really enjoy them. He didn’t have anything bad to say about anyone. He seems like a positive person. I like that.

What did you do on your first meeting?	On our first date, we ate at Tantalum in Long Beach. It was a rainy day, so we ate, sat, and talked.
What was your first impression?	My first impression is that he was attractive and tall. The height was a plus!!
What was your overall impression when the date was over?	Well let’s see, the date started at 12:30pm and ended at 4:00pm, so I would have to say that the date went well. I really enjoyed the conversation with M.T. and that we have quite a bit in common with one another.

What were the positives of this meeting?	One of the positives for me from this meeting was that M.T. had a great deal of qualities that I’m looking for and that was great. The other positive from the meeting was how comfortable and relaxing it was to speak with him.

Comments	My table mates where great!! It seemed that we where all animal and dog lovers. We each did an introducion and that helped break the ice and get to know each other. We all seemed to have one on one talks as well as a group. Very interesting group.
I am Interested in Contacting	I would be inerested in meeting with L.E. again. I did not get the talk to her as much as I would like to have. F.H. and I exchanged numbers and plan to meet up after Thanksgiving. She too is an very out going interesting women.
With whom did I connect best? Why?	This is the hardest question because I feel that I connected with each women in a different way. S.E. and I had more conversation together than the other two ladies. I’m not too sure of the distance with S.E. Yuba City from Vacaville is a bit of a drive.

Comments	I have to admit I really really (yes you got two ) liked this table even though at times the conversation got stuck at little at times. P.V. was nice but maybe a little too quiet. T.R. is sophisticated and intelligent. Saving the best to last was A.M……..wow!!!!!!!. I’m sure I will not be the only one saying that.I think A.M. has a lot to say I believe, but I think she was holding back a bit. I got the sense she wanted to chat more with me but it was difficult being the other side of the table. Couldn’t be helped as she came late. Then my reading could be way off, its hard to tell sometimes,well I am a man. Thank you Mandy.

Comments	In general, when I go into SF I do like to dine where there is valet parking…so thanks alot for your choice. M.P.- He definitely took the time to dress well for the event. He is a very intelligent and accomplished man. C.R: He was very interesting with all of the travels he has done. A very intelligent guy. He did dress well and I would have to say his hair is brown. He does seem to be on the quieter side although our conversations were good.
I am Interested in Contacting	I’m looking forward to the next table for six, I would have to say I am attracted to a John Stewart type of guy, a taller version of him would be my ideal!
With whom did I connect best? Why?	S.T. and I were sitting next to each other. I really enjoyed talking with him. He’s very outgoing, funny and seems to have a good sense of himself. I was impressed that he meditates, which to me represents someone who is interested in knowing who they are on a more deeper level. I was also impressed that he did workshops for kids to teach them how to run a business. He was also an attractive guy. Had a great sense of humor and intelligent! Seemed open and honest. S.T. is more the type of guy I am drawn to – fun, fun loving, intelligent, compassionate, outgoing, extrovert.

Comments	The restaurant had very good food and this is important to me. The service was great and the waitress was patient with us while we waited for the other two tablemates to get there. The other ladies were very nice. One talked a lot and the other said very little, but towards the end was getting more comfortable. The evening was fun. It was great to hear about why everyone had joined Table for Six. I had a very good evening.
I am Interested in Contacting	R.N. was very calm, intelligent; he was dressed well, was on time and seemed like an honest person. I liked him because he seemed very down-to-earth and he laughed at all my jokes. He is a good listener and also had lots of intelligent things to say.
With whom did I connect best? Why?	I connected with R.N. because he was so polite, soothing and intelligent. He seemed to like some of the things I like and could carry on a conversation with all the women. He talked to all of us and made us all feel comfortable.

Comments	This was the best group that I’ve dined with so far. There was a lot of back and forth converstion. E.M. was the one that started most of the subjects. P.T. had some interesting stories. H.L. seemed to be under some stress, but she took part and seemed to have a good time. J.N. did her share and was easy to talk to. E.F. spoke with a low voice ,it was hard to hear him at times. A.L. was a little reserved ,she spent more time talking to H.L. than anyone else.It felt like that everyone had a good time.We almost closed the place with stories and jokes.The waiter joined us for a few minutes and told a story and showed pictures.

Comments	What a great time! I had great table mates! Annie was so right about the group dynamic! The night was like hanging out with great friends. D.E., E.B., A.E., and E.P.went bowling after dinner. E.P. told me that I owed him another time to go bowling and I agreed – that would only be fair. I would not be surprised at all if E.B. and E.P. make a connection and I wouldn’t be surprised if A.E and D.E. make a connection as well!! The night ended with hugs and not hand shakes. Would love to stay in touch with this group – great people!

I sat between both A.E. and M.T and had good conversation with both. However, I found M.T. to be extremely intelligent and intriguing.
