Had a great night. Good food, great conversation, and a table full of sharp and mature people. Time flew by, and it sure didn’t feel like dinner with strangers. There was a big group of Table for Sixers at the table next to us having a great time, and their fun seemed to rub off on us.

We had dinner and hung out until after midnight just chatting. I thought it went really well. We had a lot in common, we laughed, we talked for hours… seemed like it went very well. It was great to have intelligent conversation and really feel comfortable with someone that I just met. Even if it doesn’t work out, it restores some faith! Thanks Dee! I’m really excited to see where this goes, we had a great first date. I’m a little concerned about him being gone and losing some momentum, but hopefully he’ll call me this week and we will schedule something more concrete to see each other again!

I think the night went well. We had great food and great conversation. R.C. is very friendly, intelligent and sociable. He’s a world traveler, which was fascinating. Although we didn’t talk about it much, his work for a solar company is also extremely interesting. He just came from a showing at a gallery in downtown SF. He knows what he likes and doesn’t like. I walked away from the dinner thinking I really don’t have a well defined opinion on various topics. I was asking a few general questions (If you were to have your favorite meal what would it be? If you were to travel, where would you go?). R.C. mentioned that if he were to travel he would just throw his stuff in a bag and run. He is not the type to fold his clothes and get things in order. I, on the other hand, like to take the time to prepare for things. I like getting to the airport one hour before departure to make sure I have enough time.

I was very nervous at first not knowing what to expect, but once I sat down and started to chat with everyone I felt very comfortable. I enjoyed having several people to talk with as it took away the awkwardness of a first date with someone you barely know. R.E. is very good looking. I also did not get a lot of time to talk with him as we were in opposite sides and ends of the table. When we did converse I enjoyed the conversation. I spoke a lot with M.K. and E.S. E.S. is extremely good looking and very fit, physically he has the looks I tend to be attracted to. Conversation was good and we talked about all different subjects. I just hope that when I was asked about my work I didn’t talk too much about it. I love what I do and can spend a long time on it. I was trying to keep myself in check so they could see there is more to me than the teaching side.

Were both interested in going out again. Another date hasn’t been set up yet. But we did exchange telephone numbers and we said we would be in touch with one another. GREAT JOB DEE! I really enjoyed our date and look forward to the next one. It’s also a plus that we live only 5 mins from one another. So I hope B.D. is as interested in me like I am in him. So hook us Dee! I do enjoy dinner at this restaurant each time. Great food, excellent service and wonderful wine list. I probably said this before, the restaurant can be a bit noisy for conversation when it is full. As some tables left, it got better. And I FINALLY got to dine at their round table! Yay! This was a great and interesting night. Some people knew me already from events, which was easy. I was glad that I met some new people too. It was quite easy to talk too everyone.

This venue was great and the service was spectacular. I am happy to say that the food was also phenomenal, perhaps the best chicken of my life. Would love to return. Thanks for the great evening. Something like this again would be perfect. The staff did a great job at organizing the table beautifully and gathering everyone appropriately at the bar.
